Francis T. "Frank" Colleran is a lawyer specializing in catastrophic injury
litigation with a focus on professional malpractice, products liability, and serious
personal injury cases. Frank graduated cum laude from Duke University in 1989 and
obtained his law degree from Villanova University in 1992. Frank is a member of the
Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.
In 16 years of practice, Frank has obtained many multi-million dollar verdicts and
settlements on behalf of clients with serious brain, neurologic and systemic medical
injuries. Many of these verdicts have been secured in Pennsylvania's most difficult
venues, including a $2 million Montgomery County award for delayed diagnosis of colon
cancer. Never afraid of a challenge, Frank recently tried the first ever medical
malpractice case in Perry County, Pennsylvania. A confidential settlement was reached
prior to the conclusion of the trial.
Frank is one of the most experienced trial lawyers in Pennsylvania. On multiple occasions
during his career, Frank has secured seven-figure verdicts during consecutive trial
weeks. Such accomplishments have made Frank one of the most highly regarded attorneys
in Pennsylvania. He is routinely selected as a Philadelphia Magazine "Super
Lawyer," and has also been voted as one of the top 100 lawyers in the City of
Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Frank has presented numerous lectures on the subjects of medical malpractice, trial
litigation, cross- examination, closing arguments, jury selection and deposition
skills.
Frank is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, The American Trial
Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in both Federal and State Court systems. |
