Denine Marie Moscariello, Esquire, concentrates her practice of law on plaintiff
medical malpractice and personal injury matters.
In 1998, Denine received her B.A. from St. Joseph's University and was awarded her
J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2002. She also spent a summer
studying international art law abroad in Florence, Italy. Prior to receiving her
J.D., Denine worked within various areas of the legal field as a legal assistant
and as a member of judicial staffs in the Civil Trial and Domestic Relations Divisions
of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Denine Moscariello is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New
York. She has also been admitted to practice in the United States District
Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Denine maintains professional
memberships in the American, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and New York Bar Associations
and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
