Five of The Colleran Firm's attorneys are immediate family members (James E. Colleran, Esquire and his four children, James. Jr., Francis , Teresa and David ), creating a cohesive team-oriented approach.  The Colleran Firm's other highly skilled attorneys include A. Christine Giordano, Esquire and Denine M. Moscariello, Esquire, both of whom add tremendous talent and depth to the firm.

Mr. Colleran obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Scranton in 1965 and his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1968. Upon completion of law school, Mr. Colleran served as the sole law clerk to the late Honorable Michael J. Eagen, Justice (later Chief Justice) of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

James E. Colleran, Jr., Esquire concentrates his practice on catastrophic injury litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice and other complex personal injury cases.

Having been recognized by his peers as an outstanding and accomplished trial lawyer, Mr. Colleran has been awarded the prestigious "AV" rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, affirming Mr. Colleran's preeminent legal and trial skills.

Francis T. "Frank" Colleran is a lawyer specializing in catastrophic injury litigation with a focus on professional malpractice, products liability and serious personal injury cases. Frank Colleran graduated cum laude from Duke University in 1989 and obtained his law degree from Villanova University in 1992. Frank Colleran is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.

Teresa Colleran Quinn, Esquire concentrates her practice on representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, automobile, product liability and other negligence cases. Terry works closely on a variety of matters with her father, Jim Colleran, Sr. and her brothers, Jim Colleran, Jr., Frank Colleran and Dave Colleran, who are joined in practice in The Colleran Firm. Terry has been practicing with her family since the firm opened in 1995.

David J. Colleran, Esquire concentrates his practice on catastrophic injury litigation, with emphasis on medical malpractice, automobile liability, product liability, premises liability and other complex personal injury cases.

A. Christine Giordano, Esquire, concentrates her practice on catastrophic injury litigation, with emphasis on medical malpractice, product liability and other complex personal injury cases.

Denine Marie Moscariello, Esquire, concentrates her practice of law on plaintiff medical malpractice and personal injury matters.
